I cannot say that I am totally wrapped in the service to date. While the finance was easy to obtain there have been a number of issues that followed some of which are still not resolved. Being involved in a service industry myself, I wouldn't be satisfied in leaving the back end tasks of a job unresolved. I feel that once the lease was entered into and the sale was made the level of service dropped off after that point. I am generally a fan of internet type business as a result of saving some dollars by doing some work myself or having to wait a bit longer for a product but in this case I feel it would have been easier for me to finance through a local branch and received a much higher level of service and I would question whether the cost be any different. - Mark C
