I was very impressed with Owen as a consultant as he handled my application like a consummate professional. I had excellent feedback from my vendor also as he was concerned initially with delays from Capital Finance and contacted Owen directly - BMW Finance on the other hand appears very streamlined to deal with. I sold my Passat last year and Stratton handled the purchasers' finance - hence my enlisting your services for my purchase. 10 out of 10 from me, and word of mouth will certainly be in your favour. My only suggestion would be to improve signage to your office in Brisbane - Owen was quite tricky to find, but the boys downstairs were helpful! Great follow up and a nice finishing touch. - Noel S
