He responded to my initial internet questions after I found your website.Following our initial contact which was initiated by Mark, I had not found the car I wanted.About 1 month later I did find the car I wanted, so I spoke to Mark as he had taken the time to contact me when I "looking" to see what was out there.Mark was easy to deal with and he didn't try to "sell" me your services, he just told me what your business could offer and it worked for me.The fact that I met Mark in Melbourne and saw your office setup also helped.
