I was very impressed, particularly that the original quote didn't change as with the other financiers I spoke to. It started low and stayed there, everyone else's started low and went higher. The only thing that would have improved the service would involve, I suspect a change in law. Having to provide original signed copies rather than digital signatures slows the process down and adds a layer of unnecessary complexity. You guys did a great job for me.
