I returned to Stratton for finance after deciding to pay out my existing plan to change to another vehicle. I've always found Stratton to be very responsive, and Michael Papageorgiou was a credit to your organisation. He went 'above & beyond' to ensure I picked up my new car by the week's end. Once again, pass on my thanks to Michael for the great job he did. Not only did he process everything very quickly, he explained everything that needed to be done, both in paying out my existing finance, and purchasing the new one. Michael was even available at 9:00pm at night (you may want to take his phone & computer so his family can have him back)! Thanks again. - Neil R
