I would like to say that I found Andrew Gibson to be very professional & knowledgeable in all aspects of car finance, particularly as my needs were not straight forward due to it being a refinance.

He followed up on all requests & concerns that I had regarding the finance and the tax implications.

My only feedback would be regarding the disclosure of fees for service. I was only informed of the Stratton Finance fee when I received my paperwork for signing. I would have appreciated this being disclosed up front in the interaction, particularly as it was Andrew who initiated the contact.
